“We help businesses unleash the power of their people to create better business relationships and opportunities.”
James Sena, Managing Director
It’s often said we help people find a way of doing something important better and that we bring energy and enthusiasm with us when we collaborate with organisations. We’re passionate about being a source of inspiration and we’re also focused on you; your business and what makes your people tick.
Our people each have over 15 years experience working with Blue Chip and SMB companies in the Professional and Business Services, Banking and Financial Services, Technology, Media and Telecoms and consumer sectors. They have broad expertise, well-read around their subject-matter so that they can offer you the most effective solution for your people.
We share these values about how we engage our clients and develop their people:
- Practical – we will enable people to do something that will make a difference to their business results
- Flexible – we use our broad experience and facilitation skills to respond to the challenges and needs of the participants
- Honest – both in our dealings with those sponsoring the development e.g. ‘will this work?’ and with the participants e.g. challenging unhelpful attitudes and behaviours
How we work with you to ensure a successful programme
We begin by working closely with you to define the key objectives and create a tailored development programme and a structured response to your brief. It is at this stage that we need to agree on success criteria and evaluation methods. After each programme we produce a comprehensive debrief covering success, limitations and next steps.
To create a noticeable and sustained behaviour change to support business goals, we focus on the individual, their role and when they interact with their clients and stakeholders. We have a process that comprehensively maps out the situation and the solution needed to achieve the desired outcome:
1. What is the aspiration that will inspire them to try out and sustain the required new behaviour? For example aspiring to be a Trusted Advisor.
2. What are the ‘moments of truth’ – the key interactions and process stages?
3. What skills and behaviours can deliver the best outcomes at each ‘moment of truth’?
4. We then create and implement a development programme to meet these needs drawn from our insights and extensive bank of well proven models and techniques.
We bring a wealth of experience to the table and have worked across blue chip, SMB and high growth businesses sectors to create tailored programmes which deliver strong results.
