James Sena
James Sena is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Engage Development. An experienced learning and development consultant, his work focuses on how people manage their relations with key internal and external stakeholders. His style, experience and MBA in global service industries allow him to work with senior and experienced participants. Before establishing Engage Development, James worked with the leading training company, MaST International, as a consultant and senior manager responsible for sales and marketing. Prior to joining MaST he was a sales manager at Prudential Assurance. He began his career with British Airways starting as a management trainee, then moving to customer service and sales management roles world-wide before focusing on training and development.
Darren Briggs
Darren is a specialist leadership communications consultant. With nearly twenty five years’ experience working at Chief Executive and Board level in internal communications. His career spanned some of the world’s best known companies working at British Airways, Microsoft UK, Nike Europe, PepsiCo EMEA and Vodafone Group in the HR, Marketing and Corporate Communication functions. His consultancy and coaching clients have included organisations such as HSBC, Sony, BT, Virgin Atlantic, Etisalat Egypt, London 2012 and Smith & Nephew. He regularly speaks at international conferences, the European Commission and for Henley Business School. Darren holds an MBA and is a qualified executive coach. He lives with his wife and three children in the UK, but spent several years living and working in The Netherlands.
Lindy Sinclair
With a Corporate background in HR and Learning and Development, gained from working within the travel, finance, insurance and retail sectors, Lindy offers her clients a wealth of knowledge and support within the Management, Leadership and ‘behavioural’ fields, whether working with groups or on a one to one basis. Lindy is MCIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of People and Development) and a qualified practitioner of M.B.T.I (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and O.P.Q. (Occupational Personality Questionnaire). She is also a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Her personal strengths include the ability to build rapport quickly with her clients, to understand their personal and business needs and to deliver effective, realistic and timely solutions.
Mathieu Glasman
Mathieu Glasman is a consultant with 27 years experience in learning and development. His particular focus is in helping people become better communicators and influencers, whether in person or through the written word. He works with people at all levels in organisations from senior managers to graduates. His clients range across a number of industry sectors but are primarily found in the financial sector and amongst large PLCs. Mathieu began his career as a management consultant focusing on business markets. He has an MSc from the London School of Economics and is a qualified practitioner in MBTI.
