Presenting with Impact
The programme is tailored to the experience and needs of a group and covers delivery skills, creating an audience-focused structure and impactful content. We often work with individuals and small groups on specific presentations e.g. a new product or service.

Positive Influencing
Better business results are delivered by working successfully across departmental and organisational boundaries. We cover all aspects of influencing from building and managing influential stakeholder networks, positively using politics and being persuasive in your communications style.

Successful Negotiating
This programme helps people develop the strategic approach and skills needed to negotiate strongly for a best outcome whilst respecting the other party and the relationship with them. It will help people to decide when and how to negotiate.

Consultative Selling
Clients are increasingly demanding that their suppliers deliver better value and more tailored services. To achieve this, sales professionals be they in new business development or account management, need to be able to approach the clients as a consultant; a business expert and problem-solver. This programme will work with your existing sales methodology, adapting it if necessary, or provide a more appropriate one and develop the skills required to apply that approach.

Consultative Selling for the non-sales professional
The Consultative Selling programme is often adapted to meet the needs of non-sales professionals who have the opportunity and often the responsibility to develop business. We will build on the existing professional and technical mindset and skills to develop greater motivation, confidence and ability to lead or support business development activities.
Relationship Management
For service providers with both internal and external customers, a constant challenge is to be a pro-active partner in the relationship. This highly practical course helps people to fully understand what customer service excellence really means. It also explains how to deliver that excellence time and time again. Participants will have opportunities to practice the skills in a safe environment and be encouraged to use real-life examples.
